SHIPPING

The delivery time is 1-3 working days within Germany (depending on DHL). Within the EU, is in the hands of the shipping service provider.

The delivery is done via DHL, the shipping costs depend on the ordered product, as well as the desired shipping destination and country. The final shipping costs can be found in the webshop.

If the deliverer does not meet you personally, the package will be deposited either at a neighbour’s or at a post office or parcel shop near you. You can then pick up the package within the next 7 working days before it is sent back to us. It also depends on your local shop guidlines.

With the tracking number, which you will receive via email after your order has been shipped, you can see where your package is currently located via the DHL portal.

Sollte dich der Zusteller nicht persönlich antreffen, wird das Paket entweder bei einem Nachbarn oder in einer Postfiliale bzw. Paketshop in deiner Nähe hinterlegt. Du kannst das Paket dann innerhalb der nächsten 7 Werktage abholen, bevor es an uns zurückgesendet wird.

Über die Trackingnummer, die du via Mail nach dem Versand deiner Bestellung bekommst, kannst du über das DHL Portal sehen wo sich dein Paket momentan befindet.
